A CRAZY REVOLUTION

A Crazy Revolution is an evening of mental health and wellness storytelling.
The idea is that in being open an honest about our experiences, we can help each other live happier and healthier lives.
On 12th July 2017, I organised the first evening of A Crazy Revolution. 6 inspirational people got up in front of a room full of strangers to tell their own stories of mental illness. Here is what they wanted to say:

Mental Health in the LGBTQ+ Community | Matt Todd

Being Treated for Anorexia | Laura Hearn

Mental Illness in Business | James Routledge
UNDERSTOOD

Understood is a video series I created whilst working as a staff journalist for BBC Three. The aim of the video series is to help people understand issues through the eyes of people who have lived those experiences.

Four videos have been made so far in the series: Miscarriage, Depression, Losing A Parent, and Coming Out.
